Overview

Website design for brokers and agents across India

Raqbash is a real estate agency website development company in India offering website design for brokers, agents and property consultants, plus the realtor website development that keeps it useful: search over your own listings, agent profiles, and enquiries that reach the right person while the buyer is still keen. We build the agency's website, not the agency. Your agents close the deal; the site makes sure they hear about the lead first.

Property buyers browse many agents and decide on trust and inventory. The site that loads fast, shows accurate, well-presented listings with RERA details, and captures enquiries cleanly wins the lead. We build for search, speed and conversion, with listings your team can manage themselves.

One team

Realtor website development and design, under one roof

A brokerage site has to make your agents look credible and your inventory look current. We plan the screens and the code together so neither slips.

Design

  • Real estate agent website design at the profile level: photo, languages, localities covered, the agent's own registration where they hold one, and a direct WhatsApp line.
  • Listing cards that show price, carpet area, BHK and locality at a glance, so a buyer can scan twenty without opening one.
  • A brand system for the agency that still gives each agent or team a page that feels like their own.
  • Separate paths for buyers, owners who want a valuation and landlords looking for tenants, each with its own form.
  • Trust details placed where doubt tends to appear: agency registration beside the contact form, project numbers on every listing.

Development

  • Listing imports from the sources you are licensed to use, normalised into one schema and refreshed on a schedule.
  • Lead routing by locality, property type or round-robin, with an alert to the assigned agent and a fallback when nobody picks up.
  • Valuation and landlord forms that open their own pipeline in your CRM instead of landing in a shared inbox.
  • Shortlist and compare for buyers, stored in the browser or an account, without forcing a sign-up first.
  • Per-agent lead reports so a team lead can see response times without logging into the CRM.

Website development for real estate agents fails when agents won't use it, so we test the admin and lead alerts with your team before launch.

What we build

Property Agency Web Design Services We Offer

Six capabilities cover almost every brokerage brief we take on across India, from a two-agent resale practice working one micro-market to a channel partner running launches for several developers at once.

  • Fast Property Search & Filters

Locality, budget, BHK, type and amenity filters with map search, so a buyer reaches the right property in seconds instead of leaving for a portal.
  • Rich, Disclosed Listing Pages

Galleries, floor plans, amenities and location context, with the registration number and carpet area built in as required fields rather than optional extras.
  • Lead Capture & Routing

Enquiry forms, schedule-a-visit, WhatsApp and callback flows that route a lead to the right agent immediately, with consent captured properly.
  • Agent-Friendly Listing Management

A simple admin so agents add, edit and mark-sold listings themselves, with who added it and when it was last verified recorded automatically.
  • Featured Projects & Builders

Project and builder pages that showcase premium inventory and support developer tie-ups, with imagery labelled and used on the permission you hold.
  • Local SEO & Speed

Fast, mobile-first pages with locality-level structure and schema, because a brokerage competes micro-market by micro-market rather than city-wide.

Search, listings & leads

Search That Converts, Listings That Stand Up & Leads Routed Before They Cool

Three things decide whether a brokerage site earns its keep: whether a buyer can finish a search, whether your listings survive being read carefully, and whether an enquiry reaches an agent while the buyer still cares.

Search A Buyer Finishes In Seconds

Locality, budget, BHK, type, amenities and a map that behaves. The portals set this bar, and the arithmetic is unforgiving: if your search is worse than theirs, the buyer leaves for the portal and you buy the same lead back at a price.

Listings That Publish What A Buyer Is Entitled To Know

The project registration number is a required field, not an optional one, and a listing does not publish without it. Carpet area is required too, with any super built-up figure labelled as what it is: the measure buyers are entitled to and the measure marketing prefers are not the same number.

Inventory Your Agents Keep Current, With Provenance

Who added the listing, when, and when it was last verified: recorded automatically, with a stale flag when it ages and mark-sold in one tap. Brokerage sites die of stale listings far more often than of bad design.

Leads Routed Before They Cool

Agent assignment, site-visit scheduling, WhatsApp and callback with instant acknowledgement, and consent captured properly, because this sector's reputation for spam calls is a real conversion problem you can differentiate against.
  • RERA registration and project-detail disclosure surfaced on listings where applicable
  • Accurate, honest representation of property details, pricing and availability
  • Consent-based lead handling and data minimisation under India's DPDP Act
  • HTTPS/TLS everywhere and secure enquiry handling

Pages a brokerage website needs

A two-agent practice launches with the core. A multi-office agency adds teams, branch pages and a careers section.

Home
Your localities, a search bar, featured listings and a phone number a person actually answers.
Listings & search
Every live property with filters and a map, drawn from your own inventory or a licensed feed.
Listing detail
Photos, floor plan, carpet area, price, registration number, the listing agent and a visit button.
Agents
One profile per agent with localities, languages, current listings and a direct contact.
List with us
A valuation request for owners, since seller enquiries are how an agency builds inventory.
Rentals
Lease listings and a landlord form, kept apart from sales so each pipeline stays clean.
Locality guides
Short guides per micro-market alongside the listings you currently hold there.
About & contact
The agency's own registration, office addresses, timings and an enquiry form.

IDX, MLS & listing feeds

IDX and MLS listing feeds, and what applies in India

IDX is how agents in the US and Canada show listings from a shared MLS on their own websites. Each MLS is run by a regional organisation, usually tied to local realtor boards, and an agent gets the feed through membership and a licence that sets rules on display, attribution and refresh times. If you sell in those markets, we build to your feed provider's rules using credentials you hold.

India has no shared MLS of that kind. Inventory sits in separate portals, builder sheets, CRMs and your own records, and portal terms generally forbid copying their listings onto another site. For most Indian agencies the feed is therefore your own inventory, a developer's approved sheet or a channel-partner API, and we integrate only feeds you are licensed to use.

RERA is a separate layer again. Each state runs its own authority and portal, and the rules for agent and project registration vary between them. We build fields for both numbers and show them exactly as you supply them; what a listing must carry under MahaRERA, GujRERA, K-RERA or any other state authority is for you and your adviser to confirm.

Why Raqbash

Choosing a Real Estate Agency Website Development Company in India

Brokerages pick a real estate broker website design agency on proof: we build search good enough to keep buyers off the portals, put disclosure into the schema rather than a reminder, and route leads while they're still warm.

4.9 rated on Google Reviews
  • Search Built To Beat The Portal

Filterable, map-led search that returns in a blink over your whole inventory. Every second a buyer spends fighting your filters is a second closer to them opening a portal tab instead.
  • Disclosure Built Into The Schema

Registration number and carpet area as required fields, possession dates dated and sourced, renders labelled. The compliant version of a listing becomes the easy one to publish, which is more reliable than a reminder.
  • Micro-Market SEO, Not City-Wide

Brokerages compete locality by locality. We build the structure and schema for the searches people actually type (a neighbourhood and a budget) rather than for the city as a whole.
  • Inventory That Stays Current

An admin your agents will genuinely use, with provenance and stale flags so last quarter's sold flat isn't still collecting enquiries and wasting your team's mornings.
  • Leads To The Right Agent, Immediately

Routing, assignment and instant acknowledgement, wired to your CRM where its API allows. In brokerage the first credible callback usually wins the site visit.
  • A Named Lead, Not a Ticket Queue

A senior in-house team with one named lead on WhatsApp and video, who learn the micro-markets you work and stay accountable long after launch.

Brokerages

Brokerages We Build Websites For

Broker listing website design spans a two-agent resale practice and a channel partner running launches: almost nothing in common. These six solve different bottlenecks.

How we work

How We Build Your Brokerage Website, Step by Step

Six phases take your brokerage website from first conversation to live and supported, including a pass on the listing schema before any design work, because what a listing is required to show shapes every screen built after it.

  1. Step 01

    Discover

We map your micro-markets, inventory sources, agent structure and how enquiries reach someone today, and find out where you are currently paying a portal for leads you could own.

  2. Step 02

    Listing Schema & Disclosure Pass

Before design, we define the listing model: registration number and carpet area as required fields, what is optional and labelled, how possession dates and prices are sourced and reviewed, and how third-party inventory is attributed.

  3. Step 03

    Design

We design search, the listing page and the enquiry path first: those three screens are the entire product, and everything else on a brokerage site supports them.

  4. Step 04

    Develop

We build filterable map search, listing pages with their disclosure fields, the agent admin with provenance, and lead routing into your CRM where its API allows.

  5. Step 05

    Launch

Search tested against your real inventory rather than sample data, lead routing rehearsed with your agents, locality pages live, plus accessibility and performance checks.

  6. Step 06

    Support

Ongoing support from the same team: new localities and projects, the periodic pass that clears stale listings, and the CRM and portal-feed changes a live brokerage generates.

Cost & timeline

Brokerage website cost and timeline

Three common scopes, from an independent agent to a multi-office agency. Every one is quoted at a fixed scope before work begins.

Brokerage website cost and timeline
ScopeWhat's includedTypical timelineWhat drives costPrice
Independent agent or small agencyHome, filterable listings, listing pages, agent profiles, WhatsApp and enquiry forms, and a simple listing admin.4–6 weeksListing count, number of agents, copy and photosFrom ₹40,000
Multi-agent agencyAgent profiles, lead routing by locality, seller and landlord pipelines, locality guides and CRM sync.8–12 weeksRouting rules, CRM integration, number of localitiesFixed-scope quote
Agency with feeds and map searchLicensed feed imports, map search over a large inventory, shortlists, per-agent reporting and several offices.12–16 weeksFeed sources and licence terms, inventory size, officesFixed-scope quote

Feed access and licence terms take longest to settle. We ask for them in week one, because a feed you cannot legally display changes the build.

Every project gets a fixed-scope quote in writing before work starts.

FAQ

Real Estate Agency Website Development FAQs

Common questions from brokerage owners and sales heads: agent-managed listings, RERA details and whose registration is whose, carpet area versus super built-up, builder imagery, property search, lead routing and timelines.

Can agents add and update listings themselves?

Yes. We build a simple admin so your agents add, edit and mark-sold listings without a developer, which keeps inventory current and the site genuinely useful.

Can the site show RERA details on listings?

Yes, and it's worth separating two things that usually get collapsed into one badge. A project's registration number belongs to its promoter: the developer registered the project, and that number travels with it. Your own agent or brokerage registration is a different number that you hold. A brokerage site surfaces both, from two different holders, so we build a required registration-number field on project listings rather than a free-text box someone forgets to fill. What we don't do is certify anything: Raqbash holds no RERA registration, isn't a party to any transaction, and verifies nothing we display: a website surfaces disclosures, and compliance stays yours to confirm with your own adviser.

Do you show carpet area or super built-up area?

Carpet area is a required field; a super built-up figure is optional and, if you publish one, clearly labelled as what it is. Carpet area is the measure RERA defines and the one a buyer is entitled to compare on, while super built-up is a marketing figure: a listing showing only the second is doing the thing the Act was written to stop, and a buyer who works that out mid-conversation is a buyer you've lost. Making carpet area required in the schema means the version of a listing that publishes is already the version that holds up.

Can we publish the builder's photos, renders and floor plans?

With that developer's permission, which is theirs to give rather than yours to assume: the same rule that applies to any imagery you didn't produce. Two practical points we build in: renders and CGI go up labelled as artist's impressions, because a render is not a photograph and a buyer who arrives at a site visit expecting the render is a complaint waiting to happen; and imagery is tagged by source, so when a tie-up ends you can find and retire everything from that developer in minutes rather than hunting through the site.

How do you capture and route leads to agents?

We add enquiry forms, schedule-a-visit, WhatsApp and callback flows that route leads to the right agent instantly, so enquiries get followed up before they go cold.

Can buyers search by location, budget and BHK?

Yes. We build fast search with location, budget, BHK, type and amenity filters plus map search, so buyers reach the right property in seconds.

How long does a real estate agency website take?

A search-and-lead agency site typically takes a few weeks; larger builds with map search and many integrations take longer. We confirm a fixed scope and timeline after a discovery call.

Do you do both website design for brokers and realtor website development?

Yes. The same team handles the brokerage website design and the realtor website development behind it. Designers shape the agent profiles, listing cards and enquiry paths; developers build the listing admin, feed imports and lead routing. Because one team owns both, the routing rules you agree in a workshop are the ones the code enforces. You get one quote and one contact.

Can you add IDX or MLS listings to our website?

If you hold IDX access through an MLS in the US or Canada, yes, and we follow that feed's display and refresh rules. Indian agencies have no shared MLS to draw on, so we connect your own inventory, a developer's sheet or a partner API instead. We never scrape portals or pull a feed you are not licensed to use.
