How we work

A transparent process from idea to launch and beyond

No black boxes. You'll know what we're building, who's building it and how it's going, every single week.

Our process

Six steps to a successful product

A proven, agile delivery process that keeps you in control and gets working software in front of users fast.

  1. 01

    Discovery & planning

Workshops to understand your business, users and goals. We define scope, features, architecture and success metrics, then share a clear plan, timeline and estimate.

  2. 02

    UX & UI design

Wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity designs in Figma. You review clickable prototypes and approve screens before development starts.

  3. 03

    Agile development

Two-week sprints with a planned backlog. Every sprint ends with a live demo of working software so you see progress, not just status reports.

  4. 04

    Quality assurance

Manual and automated testing across devices and browsers, peer code reviews, performance checks and security testing before anything ships.

  5. 05

    Launch

We handle deployment, domain and store submissions, analytics setup and a smooth go-live, with the team on standby during launch.

  6. 06

    Support & growth

Post-launch monitoring, bug fixes, updates and continuous improvements, plus SEO and marketing if you want to grow faster.

Communication

You're always in the loop

Great software comes from great collaboration. Here's how we keep you informed and involved.

  • A dedicated project manager

One accountable point of contact who knows your project inside out, coordinates the team and keeps you informed.
  • Weekly demos & sprint reviews

See working features every sprint, give feedback early and reprioritise before it costs time or money.
  • Direct access to the team

A shared Slack or WhatsApp channel for quick questions, with working hours in IST and overlap with UK, EU, Middle East and US time zones.
  • Transparent reporting

Shared boards in Jira or ClickUp, written sprint summaries and, on time & materials projects, detailed timesheets.
  • Documentation you keep

Specs, architecture notes, API docs and deployment guides are written as we go and handed over with the code.
  • Clear escalation path

If something isn't right, you know exactly who to talk to, from your project manager up to our leadership.

Quality

Quality built into every sprint

  • Peer code reviews

Every change is reviewed by another engineer before merging, to keep code clean, consistent and maintainable.

  • Automated & manual testing

Unit, integration and end-to-end tests where they add value, plus hands-on QA on real devices and browsers.

  • CI/CD pipelines

Automated builds and deployments to staging and production reduce human error and make releases routine.

  • Performance & accessibility

We check Core Web Vitals, page speed and accessibility basics so products are fast and usable for everyone.

  • Security by default

Secure coding practices, dependency checks and least-privilege access. Read more on our Security & IP page.

  • Staging before production

You review and approve every release on a staging environment before it goes live to your users.

  • Continuous improvement

A monthly allowance for enhancements, new features and optimisation based on real user data.

FAQ

Questions about our process

How involved do I need to be during the project?

Most clients spend about an hour a week with us: a sprint demo plus quick feedback on designs or questions in our shared channel. You can be as hands-on as you like.

How do you handle time-zone differences?

We work from Ahmedabad (IST) and schedule demos and calls within your business hours. There's good overlap with the UK, Europe and the Middle East, and we arrange early or late calls for US clients.

Will I own the code and designs?

Yes. You own all code, designs and documentation created for your project. Code lives in a repository you control and is handed over in full. See our Security & IP page for details.

What happens after launch?

We offer support and maintenance plans covering bug fixes, updates, monitoring, backups and ongoing improvements. You can also continue development with the same team.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Absolutely. We regularly join existing teams, adopt your tools and processes, and collaborate with your product owners and developers.
