Following DPDP Act practices, the gate shows a notice explaining what is recorded and why, and the app deletes visitor photos and phone numbers after the set period. Entry logs without photos can be kept longer for security, and visitors never see residents' numbers.

Can the app open boom barriers for residents' cars?

Yes, where the barrier supports it. Most modern boom barriers accept a signal from an RFID reader or a controller with an API. Residents' cars get tags, the guard app logs each entry, and visitor vehicles are opened from the guard tablet after approval. We test with your barrier vendor on site before quoting this part.
