Leads that never pick up
- The problem
- Low-cost lead forms deliver names that are unreachable, uninterested or outside your budget band.
- Our fix
- Forms ask budget and timeline, and campaigns optimise to leads your team marks as qualified.

Raqbash is a digital marketing agency in Ahmedabad that helps developers, brokers and property businesses turn ad spend into site visits, not just leads. We run RERA-compliant Meta and Google campaigns, build fast project pages and connect every enquiry to your CRM and WhatsApp within minutes.
Trusted partners
From global enterprises to fast-growing startups, brands across the world trust Raqbash to build and scale their digital products.

Overview
Property buyers in Ahmedabad research for weeks or months, compare projects across Google, portals and Instagram, and decide only after a site visit. Real estate digital marketing works when every channel is judged on visits and bookings, not on the cost of a form fill.
A buyer's search starts broad ("3 BHK in Shela") and narrows to two or three projects. Along the way they watch walkthroughs, read portal listings, check RERA registration and ask family abroad. Many first message a developer on WhatsApp late in the evening, and the first sales call often decides whether they visit.
Generic lead generation fails because it rewards volume: cheap forms fill the CRM with unreachable numbers, and the genuinely interested buyer waits a day for a reply and visits elsewhere. Ads that skip RERA details or hint at assured appreciation add legal risk.
Raqbash, a digital marketing agency in Ahmedabad with its own engineers, fixes the system end to end: qualifying forms, instant WhatsApp replies, lead routing and reporting that follows each lead to a site visit. For organic visibility on project and locality searches see our real estate SEO programme; if the website itself needs work, see the real estate websites we build.
| Channel | What buyers do there | What it decides |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search | Search a locality, configuration or project name | Which projects make the shortlist |
| Property portals | Compare prices, sizes and possession dates | Whether you are seen next to rivals |
| Instagram and YouTube | Watch walkthroughs, sample flats and progress | How the project feels before a visit |
| Ask for floor plans, price sheets and visit slots | Whether interest turns into a visit | |
| Google Maps | Check the site office, approach roads and surroundings | Confidence in the location |
| AI assistants | Ask which areas suit a budget or commute | Which locality pages get cited |
Challenges
Most real estate marketing loses money in the same five places, and spending more on ads makes each of them worse.
Services
Raqbash offers seven real estate marketing services, usually combined into a launch plan or an always-on sales plan.
By specialty
A developer markets a project with a deadline, a broker markets a locality and a reputation, and a portal markets a marketplace. Choose your business type.
Launch playbooks for RERA-registered projects, judged on site visits and bookings per tower.
Real Estate Developer digital marketingOwn your locality: a personal brand, area pages and listings buyers find without portals.
Real Estate Agent digital marketingReach occupiers and investors, not homebuyers: LinkedIn, leasing search and qualified briefs.
Commercial Real Estate digital marketingPortfolio Reels, indicative cost guides and budget-qualified forms that attract the right homeowners.
Interior Designer digital marketingVisibility without solicitation: one search-ready page per built project, plus principal-led writing.
Architect digital marketingFill desks and cabins directly: area search, day-pass upgrades and LinkedIn team seats.
Coworking Space digital marketingGrow listings and seekers together with locality SEO that only indexes pages worth ranking.
Property Portal digital marketingFull-funnel strategy
Real estate marketing runs as four stages, from making a project known to turning buyers into referrals, each judged on its own measure.
Stage 1 · Awareness
Launch films, locality content and interest lists make the project known before buyers compare.
Stage 2 · Consideration
Buyers compare price, possession, amenities and track record; clear project pages keep you in the running.
Stage 3 · Conversion
Most bookings are won at the visit, so every enquiry is answered within minutes with a slot.
Stage 4 · Retention
Possession updates and referral offers make existing buyers the cheapest source of new ones.
Compliance & ethics
Property advertising in Gujarat is governed mainly by the RERA Act, 2016 and consumer-protection rules on misleading ads. Raqbash builds every campaign to respect them and flags anything your legal team should confirm.
Under section 11(2) of the RERA Act, a promoter's advertisement must show the project's registration number and the RERA website address, so GujRERA details appear on every creative.
Agents must register under RERA and should not market unregistered projects, so broker campaigns quote the agent's registration too.
Copy never promises rental returns or price growth, in line with consumer-protection rules on misleading advertisements.
Renders are labelled as artist's impressions and amenities are described only as approved for the project.
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, forms explain who will contact the buyer, and leads are passed to channel partners only with consent.
NRI content reflects the general position under FEMA that NRIs may buy residential and commercial property but not agricultural land, plantation property or farmhouses.
Guidance, not legal advice. Rules change. We design campaigns to respect the current position and ask your legal or compliance advisor to confirm anything specific to your organisation.
Transparency
Raqbash reports real estate marketing in site visits and bookings: spend, qualified leads, response time and cost per visit, with a written note of what changed.
A typical pattern, not a promise: results depend on competition, budget and how quickly changes are approved. No one can guarantee rankings or leads.
Month 1–2
CRM, WhatsApp automation and lead qualification live; campaigns relaunched with RERA-checked creatives.
Month 3–4
Campaigns learn from sales feedback; cost per qualified lead and visit becomes measurable.
Month 5–6
Project and locality pages start ranking, reducing reliance on portals.
Month 6–12
Budget moves to the channels and towers that produce bookings, including NRI campaigns.
No bought links, fake reviews, scraped data or policy workarounds. Ever.
Ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profile, pages and data sit in your name. We work as users.
One report and one review call a month, showing spend, enquiries and what changed.
Pricing
Real estate digital marketing costs a monthly retainer plus ad spend paid directly to Meta or Google; launch months usually need more of both than sustenance months.
Raqbash digital marketing retainers range from ₹25,000 to ₹2,00,000+ per month; ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google or Meta (pricing on our digital marketing page).

Compare channels
Portals give visibility, Meta lead ads give volume and Google Search gives intent; most Ahmedabad developers need all three, judged on cost per site visit.
| Criterion | Property portals | Meta lead ads | Google Search Ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost model | Subscription or package per listing | Management fee plus ad spend | Management fee plus ad spend per click |
| Lead quality | Often shared with competitors | High volume, mixed intent | Lower volume, higher intent |
| Best for | Being visible next to rivals | Launches and new localities | Buyers searching a project or area |
| Speed | Immediate once listed | Days after launch | Days after launch |
| Main risk | Paying for leads you don't own | Unqualified forms without filters | Expensive clicks on broad terms |
Why Raqbash
Raqbash brings marketing and engineering together, so the forms, pages and CRM links a campaign depends on are built properly.
We'll review your campaigns, forms, CRM and response times and show you where qualified buyers are being lost, at no cost.
Process
Every engagement follows the same six steps, starting with lead quality and response time before any extra budget is spent.
Step 01
We review your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, tracking and competitors, and share the findings in plain language.
Step 02
A written plan: which channels, in what order, with what budget split, which KPIs and what we expect by month three and month six.
Step 03
Analytics, conversion events, call and form tracking and consent are fixed first, so every later decision rests on clean data.
Step 04
Campaigns, landing pages and content go live in a planned sequence, with your approval on copy and creative before anything runs.
Step 05
Weekly checks on search terms, audiences, creative and landing pages; budget moves towards what produces enquiries, not clicks.
Step 06
A monthly report and review call, then a decision on what to scale, what to fix and what to stop.
Tools & platforms
Raqbash works in the standard Google, Meta and analytics stack, with your CRM connected and read access for you on every account.
