Campaigns that start too late
- The problem
- Spend begins when forms open, after families have already shortlisted.
- Our fix
- A calendar plan starts awareness months earlier and saves search budget for the weeks when shortlists form.
Education · Digital Marketing
Raqbash is a digital marketing agency in Ahmedabad for schools, coaching institutes, colleges, preschools, edtech platforms and study-abroad consultants. We plan campaigns around the admission calendar, reach parents rather than minors, follow up every enquiry within minutes and keep results claims within the CCPA's 2024 coaching rules.
Trusted partners
From global enterprises to fast-growing startups, brands across the world trust Raqbash to build and scale their digital products.

Overview
Education is chosen by families, months before admissions open, and decided on trust, proximity and outcomes. Education digital marketing works when campaigns start early, speak to parents and reply to every enquiry before a competitor does.
A parent shortlisting schools, a student comparing JEE coaching or a graduate weighing an MBA all research long before applying: searching by area and board, watching campus videos and asking other parents on WhatsApp. When admissions open they enquire with three or four institutions at once, and the first to reply and invite them usually wins.
Generic campaigns start when admissions open, target students who are often under 18 and lean on results banners that now carry legal risk. Enquiries wait over the weekend, and seats stay empty in the programmes that needed help most.
Raqbash, a digital marketing agency in Ahmedabad with its own engineering team, plans education marketing backwards from the admission calendar, with counsellor follow-up that never waits. For organic rankings only, see our education SEO programme; for admissions sites and portals, see the education websites we build.
| Channel | What families do there | What it decides |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search and Maps | Search by area, board, exam or programme | Who makes the shortlist |
| YouTube | Watch campus tours, faculty and demo lessons | Whether the teaching feels credible |
| Follow campus life and events | How the institution feels day to day | |
| Ask fees, batches, transport and dates | Whether an enquiry becomes a visit | |
| Reviews | Read what parents and alumni say | Trust in the institution |
| AI assistants | Ask which school or course suits a child | Which pages are cited |
Challenges
Admission marketing usually fails on timing, targeting, follow-up or claims, and each has a specific fix.
Services
Raqbash offers seven education marketing services, scheduled around your admission calendar rather than run evenly all year.
By specialty
A school sells a decade of trust to parents, a coaching institute sells a batch before the next exam, and an edtech platform sells online at scale. Choose your institution type.
Win parents' shortlist by board and area, with clear fees and virtual tours.
School digital marketingFill each new batch with demo classes, scholarship tests and results claims that stay CCPA-safe.
Coaching Institute digital marketingMarket every programme separately: its own page, budget, applicants and cost per application.
College digital marketingNo campus, no catchment: webinar funnels, YouTube authority and CAC that survives refunds.
EdTech digital marketingOwn a 2–3 km radius: local search, consented Instagram and open-house bookings for parents.
Preschool digital marketingDated destination guides, IELTS demo funnels and controlled CPCs, without visa-guarantee claims.
Study Abroad digital marketingFull-funnel strategy
Education marketing runs as four stages, from being known before admissions open to turning enrolled families into referrers.
Stage 1 · Awareness
Families shortlist months ahead; campus videos and events make you familiar before forms open.
Stage 2 · Consideration
Clear programme pages, honest fees and reviews help families compare you fairly.
Stage 3 · Conversion
Speed decides the season: replies within minutes, visit slots and counsellor calls.
Stage 4 · Retention
Satisfied parents and alumni are the most trusted source of next year's admissions.
Seasonality
Each type of institution peaks at a different time of year, so Raqbash schedules awareness, search and follow-up around these windows rather than spending evenly.

Compliance & ethics
Education advertising in India is shaped by the CCPA's 2024 coaching guidelines, data-protection rules for children and accreditation accuracy. Raqbash builds campaigns inside those limits.
The CCPA's Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisement in Coaching Sector, 2024 prohibit false claims about selections, ranks, success rates and guaranteed outcomes.
Successful candidates' names, photos and testimonials are used only with written consent obtained after selection, alongside rank, course and whether it was paid.
The DPDP Act, 2023 and its 2025 Rules require verifiable parental consent for under-18 data and bar tracking and targeted ads directed at children.
The Ministry of Education's 2024 coaching guidelines also discourage promises of ranks or marks, so copy focuses on teaching and support.
UGC, AICTE, NAAC or CBSE affiliation claims appear only as currently granted, with exact grades and numbers.
Content reflects Gujarat's minimum Class 1 admission age of six for state-board schools, while the status of the legal challenge to it is checked before campaigns rely on it.
Guidance, not legal advice. Rules change. We design campaigns to respect the current position and ask your legal or compliance advisor to confirm anything specific to your organisation.
Transparency
Raqbash reports education marketing in enrolments: enquiries by programme, response time, visits and cost per enrolment, with a written list of changes.
A typical pattern, not a promise: results depend on competition, budget and how quickly changes are approved. No one can guarantee rankings or leads.
Month 1–2
Admission calendar mapped, tracking and WhatsApp routing live, compliant creatives approved.
Month 3–4
Search and parent campaigns run as families compare; programme pages improved.
Month 5–6
Budget concentrates on programmes with open seats; visits and demos tracked to enrolment.
Month 6–12
Organic pages, reviews and referrals carry more of next year's demand.
No bought links, fake reviews, scraped data or policy workarounds. Ever.
Ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profile, pages and data sit in your name. We work as users.
One report and one review call a month, showing spend, enquiries and what changed.
Pricing
Education digital marketing costs a monthly retainer plus ad spend, usually weighted towards admission months; multi-campus institutions need more of both.
Raqbash digital marketing retainers range from ₹25,000 to ₹2,00,000+ per month; ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google or Meta (pricing on our digital marketing page).

Compare channels
Google Ads captures families during the admission window, SEO builds year-round visibility for programmes and campuses, and social media builds the familiarity that makes a shortlist.
| Criterion | SEO and local search | Google Search Ads | Social media (Meta, YouTube) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost model | Retainer; no cost per click | Fee plus ad spend per click | Fee, content production and ad spend |
| Time to results | 3–6 months; plan a season ahead | Days, timed to admission windows | Weeks for reach; a season for trust |
| Best for | Programme and area searches all year | Peak admission weeks | Familiarity and campus life |
| Main restriction | Accreditation claims must be exact | No targeting of minors | Consent for student photos and results |
| When you pause it | Visibility persists | Enquiries stop that day | Reach fades within weeks |
Why Raqbash
Raqbash combines admission marketing with engineering, so enquiry flows and programme pages work as hard as the campaigns.
We'll review your calendar, campaigns and enquiry follow-up and show where seats are being lost, at no cost.
Process
Every engagement follows the same six steps, starting with your admission calendar and enquiry tracking.
Step 01
We review your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, tracking and competitors, and share the findings in plain language.
Step 02
A written plan: which channels, in what order, with what budget split, which KPIs and what we expect by month three and month six.
Step 03
Analytics, conversion events, call and form tracking and consent are fixed first, so every later decision rests on clean data.
Step 04
Campaigns, landing pages and content go live in a planned sequence, with your approval on copy and creative before anything runs.
Step 05
Weekly checks on search terms, audiences, creative and landing pages; budget moves towards what produces enquiries, not clicks.
Step 06
A monthly report and review call, then a decision on what to scale, what to fix and what to stop.
Tools & platforms
Raqbash uses the standard Google, Meta and analytics stack, with read access for your team on every account.
