Overview

Dental website design patients trust before they sit in the chair

We design and build websites for dental practices: general dentists, implant and cosmetic clinics, orthodontists, paediatric dentists and groups running several branches. Our dental website development covers treatment pages, online appointment booking, dentist profiles, finance information and location pages for every clinic. We work with practices in metros and tier-2 cities across India, and with clinics abroad that want an experienced build team.

A patient choosing a dentist is often nervous and usually comparing three or four clinics on a phone. They want to know what a treatment involves, roughly what it costs, who will do it, whether the clinic is clean and modern, and how soon they can be seen. Implant and aligner patients research for weeks. Someone with a cracked tooth decides in minutes. Your site has to serve both. We build websites, not dental care: clinical decisions, records and treatment claims stay with your dentists, and we make sure the site presents them clearly.

One team

Dental website design and development under one roof

A dental site must calm an anxious patient and run a booking system that respects how your chairs are actually scheduled. One team handles both.

Design

  • Patient research by treatment type, because an implant enquiry and an emergency toothache need very different paths.
  • A sitemap that groups treatments the way patients search: replacing teeth, straightening teeth, pain and emergencies, children.
  • Calm, clinical-but-warm visual design with real photos of your rooms and team instead of stock smiles.
  • Brand fit for your practice: a family clinic, a premium cosmetic studio and an orthodontic specialist should not look alike.
  • Conversion paths for each visit: book a check-up, request an implant consultation, ask about aligners or call in an emergency.

Development

  • Treatment page templates your team can extend, each with its own URL, FAQs and structured data for search.
  • Online booking that knows appointment lengths, chairs and dentist rosters, with SMS or WhatsApp confirmations.
  • Consent-gated analytics and forms that never push patient details into URLs, ad pixels or third-party trackers.
  • Fast pages on Next.js or WordPress with optimised clinic photography, tested on budget Android phones.
  • Multi-clinic location pages and a CMS that lets each branch update its own hours and dentists.

The team that designs your treatment pages also builds the booking behind them, so nothing is lost in handover between agencies.

What we build

Dental website development services

Six things we build for dental practices. A small clinic might need three; a multi-branch group usually needs all six.

  • Treatment pages that answer worries

Implants, aligners, root canal treatment, crowns, whitening and kids' dentistry, each explained in plain language with what to expect.
  • Online appointment booking

Slot booking by treatment and dentist, emergency requests flagged for a callback, and reminders that cut no-shows.
  • Dentist and team profiles

Qualifications, registration details, special interests and clinic days for each dentist, so patients know who they will see.
  • Fees and EMI information

Starting fees where you choose to show them, plus the EMI or card instalment options your clinic offers for implants and aligners.
  • Multi-clinic location pages

A page per branch with its own dentists, timings, map and phone, built to show up in local search near each clinic.
  • Redesign & maintenance

Dental office website design refreshes that keep your rankings, plus content updates, security patches and backups after launch.

Privacy & patient trust

Patient privacy and trust, built in from the first page

Dental sites handle health details the moment someone describes their symptoms in a form. We follow the same privacy patterns as our healthcare builds.

No patient data in trackers

Symptoms, treatment interests and contact details stay out of URLs, analytics events and ad pixels. Marketing gets counts, not people.

Encrypted forms and secure hosting

Booking and enquiry forms are encrypted in transit and delivered to a controlled inbox or system, not a shared spreadsheet.

Consent you can show

Clear consent wording on forms and cookie banners, with records kept. We build to HIPAA-conscious practice and work beside your compliance lead; we don't certify.

Claims the rules allow

Treatment copy is factual, and your dentist signs it off. Galleries and reviews follow the advertising rules in your market, which we flag during content review.
  • One page per treatment with plain-language FAQs
  • Booking by treatment, dentist and branch
  • Emergency callback request on every page
  • Dentist profiles with qualifications and registration
  • Consent-gated analytics, no data in pixels
  • Accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA on key pages

Galleries and reviews

Smile galleries, reviews and India's dental advertising rules

Many dental templates come with a before-and-after slider and a testimonial carousel switched on. In India that can be a problem. The National Dental Commission now oversees dentists, and its October 2026 advisory lists patient testimonials and before-and-after photographs among promotional practices it considers unethical. For Indian clinics we therefore leave those features out by default and show the work in other ways: clear treatment explainers, photos of the clinic and team, and your Google Business Profile, where patients leave their own reviews.

Clinics in other countries work under different rules. Where before-and-after images are allowed, we build galleries that use only photos with written patient consent, with no identifying details and with honest captions. Either way, your dentist approves every image and claim before launch. We are not your legal adviser, but we know where these questions come up and we raise them during content review, not after the site is live.

Orthodontists and specialists

Orthodontist website design and specialist practices

Orthodontist website design has a longer decision cycle than general dentistry. Parents compare braces and aligners for their teenagers, adults weigh appearance against cost, and both want to understand the timeline. These sites work best with a treatment comparison page, a free assessment request and a clear explanation of the monthly payment options.

Implant centres, endodontists and paediatric practices each need their own emphasis too. A paediatric site has to reassure parents and look friendly to children. An implant site needs patient-friendly explanations of surgery, healing time and maintenance. We shape the structure to your speciality instead of reusing a generic clinic template.

Why Raqbash

Why choose Raqbash as your dental website design company

Choosing a dental website design agency comes down to whether they understand how a practice fills its diary, not just how a site looks.

4.9 rated on Google Reviews
  • Healthcare experience

We already build sites and portals for clinics and hospitals, so privacy, consent and accessibility are routine for us, not extras.
  • Booking that fits your chairs

Appointment lengths, chair counts and dentist rosters shape the booking flow, so the website never offers a slot you can't honour.
  • Rules raised early

We flag galleries, testimonials and specialist titles during content review, so your dentist decides before anything is published.
  • Built for local search

Branch pages, consistent clinic details and Google Business Profile links help each clinic show up for nearby searches.
  • Fast on any phone

Optimised photos and lean pages, tested on mid-range Android phones, because most patients find a dentist on mobile data.
  • Support after launch

A named lead on video and WhatsApp who updates fees, adds dentists and new treatments, and keeps the site patched as your practice grows.

Sectors

Dental practices we design websites for

Good dental practice website design depends on who walks through your door. These are the six practice types we build for most.

  • General & family dentistry

Check-ups, fillings and children's care, with easy booking and reminders for regular visits.
  • Implant & cosmetic clinics

High-consideration treatments explained carefully, with consultation requests and finance options.
  • Orthodontic practices

Braces and aligner comparisons, free assessment booking and monthly payment information.
  • Paediatric dentistry

Friendly design that reassures parents and explains a first visit to a child.
  • Multi-branch dental groups

Shared brand, a page per branch and central booking across every chair in the group.
  • Dental labs & specialists

Referral forms and case submission pages for labs, endodontists and oral surgeons working with other clinics.

How we work

Our dental website design process

Six steps from first call to launch. Step four is a clinical and consent review, so your dentist approves every claim and image before patients see them.

  1. Step 01

    Discover

We learn your treatments, chairs, dentists, branches and which patients you want more of.

  2. Step 02

    Design

We design the treatment, booking and dentist pages first, as clickable prototypes on a phone.

  3. Step 03

    Build

We build the site, set up the CMS and connect booking, notifications and branch pages.

  4. Step 04

    Clinical & consent review

Your dentist checks treatment copy and imagery; we test consent wording, privacy, accessibility and every booking path.

  5. Step 05

    Launch

We go live, link Google Business Profiles for each branch and redirect old URLs so rankings carry over.

  6. Step 06

    Support

We add treatments and dentists, update fees and timings, patch and back up the site every month.

FAQ

Dental website design FAQs

Questions dentists, orthodontists and practice managers ask us about cost, booking, rules and getting found.

How much does dental website design cost?

A single-clinic dental site with treatment pages and online booking starts from about ₹60,000. Larger treatment libraries, specialist sections and multi-branch booking cost more. The main cost drivers are how many treatment pages you need, whether we write the content, how complex your booking rules are and whether we connect practice software. After a short call you get a written, fixed-scope quote.

How long does it take to build a dental website?

A single-clinic site usually takes five to eight weeks, a treatment-led growth site eight to twelve, and a multi-clinic platform twelve to eighteen. Clinical review often sets the pace: your dentist needs time to check treatment pages, so we schedule those reviews early.

Do you do both the design and the dental website development?

Yes. One team handles the dental website design and the dental website development. Designers plan treatment pages and booking flows; developers build them, connect booking and notifications, and handle privacy and speed. You work with one team and one quote, which avoids the usual gap between a designer's mock-up and the finished site.

Which platform is best for a dental website?

Most single clinics do well on WordPress, which staff find easy to update. Multi-branch groups and practices that need custom booking or practice software integration are usually better on Next.js with a headless CMS, which stays fast and gives us full control over booking. We recommend one after discovery, based on your branches and booking needs.

Will a new website help my clinic rank on Google Maps?

It helps, but it isn't the whole picture. We build treatment pages, branch pages, consistent clinic details and schema, and link each branch to its Google Business Profile. Map rankings also depend on your reviews, distance from the searcher and how complete your profile is. We set up the foundations properly; no one can honestly promise a position.

Can we show before-and-after photos and patient reviews on our site?

It depends on where you practise. In India, the National Dental Commission's October 2026 advisory treats patient testimonials and before-and-after photos as unethical promotion, so we leave them off Indian clinic sites by default and link to your Google Business Profile instead. In markets that allow them, we use only images with written patient consent. Your dentist makes the final call on every image and claim.

Can online booking connect to our practice management software?

Often, yes, when the software offers an API or a booking integration. We check its documentation during discovery and tell you plainly what is possible. If there is no API, bookings can arrive in a secure inbox, on WhatsApp or in a simple admin panel, and your front desk confirms them in the software as they do now.
