Overview

Car dealer website design built around the cars on your lot

We design and build websites for authorised new-car showrooms, pre-owned and certified used-car dealers, multi-brand outlets and dealer groups with several branches. Our car dealer website development covers the inventory feed from your DMS, search and filters, a detail page for every vehicle, an indicative EMI calculator, test drive booking, trade-in valuation requests and lead routing into your CRM.

A car buyer may visit a showroom once or twice, but checks your website many times first. They compare the same model across three dealers, look for the variant and colour they want, read the inspection notes on a used car and work out a monthly payment. If the car they saw on Sunday has gone, or the site price differs from the floor price, trust drops fast. We build the website and the plumbing behind it; the vehicles, the prices and the deal remain yours.

One team

Car dealer website development and design from one team

A dealer site lives or dies on its inventory. Designers and developers plan the vehicle data, the pages and the lead flow together.

Design

  • Shopper research on how your buyers shortlist: by budget, body type, fuel, a specific model or a monthly payment.
  • Vehicle detail page layouts that answer the second wave of questions: service history, owners, insurance validity, tyres and inspection notes.
  • Photo standards your team can follow on the lot: angles, order, lighting and close-ups of any wear.
  • Brand work inside OEM guidelines for authorised showrooms, and a distinct look for independent and used-car dealers.
  • Lead paths for each intent: test drive, reserve with a token, finance enquiry, trade-in valuation or a WhatsApp question.

Development

  • Inventory feeds from your DMS by API, scheduled export or XML and CSV files, with sold units removed on the next sync.
  • Search and filters that stay fast with large stock, plus saved searches and price-drop alerts for returning buyers.
  • Vehicle detail pages with Vehicle and Car structured data, unique titles and URLs that survive a car being sold.
  • An EMI calculator labelled as indicative, with the rate and tenure assumptions shown and the lender's decision stated plainly.
  • Lead routing into your CRM or DMS with the vehicle, branch and source attached, plus WhatsApp and email alerts to sales staff.

The people who design your vehicle pages also write the feed that fills them, so buyers see the cars your team can actually sell.

What we build

What we build for car dealers

Six things we build for dealerships. A single used-car lot may need three of them; a dealer group usually needs every one.

  • DMS inventory integration

Stock, prices, photos and status pulled from your dealer software or export files, so nobody retypes a listing by hand.
  • Vehicle detail pages

A page for every car with a full gallery, specifications, ownership, inspection report and clear next steps.
  • Finance and EMI tools

An indicative EMI calculator, document checklists and a finance enquiry that goes to your F&I desk or partner lenders.
  • Test drive and reservation booking

Slot booking against your demo fleet, home test drive requests, and optional token reservations paid online.
  • Trade-in and exchange forms

A step-by-step form for make, model, year, kilometres and photos, routed to your evaluator for a callback with a real figure.
  • Redesign & maintenance

Replacing an old dealer site or OEM template while keeping rankings, then feed monitoring, offer pages and monthly upkeep.

Inventory & leads

Inventory pages and lead flows a sales floor can rely on

Dealers lose buyers to stale stock and slow replies. These four areas are where a dealer site earns its keep.

One source of stock truth

The site reads from your DMS or one agreed export. Price changes, new arrivals and sold cars show up on the next sync without a manual step.

Detail pages that pre-empt questions

Ownership, kilometres, service record, insurance and inspection notes sit on the page, so the first call is about a visit, not basics.

EMI as a guide, not a promise

Buyers move sliders for down payment and tenure and see an indicative figure. The page says clearly that the lender sets the final rate and approval.

Replies inside minutes

Each test drive, finance or trade-in request alerts the right salesperson on WhatsApp and logs in your CRM, with the car attached.
  • Stock synced from your DMS or export file
  • Detail page with gallery, specs and history
  • Indicative EMI calculator with lender note
  • Test drive and home test drive booking
  • Trade-in form with photo upload
  • Leads sent to CRM with vehicle and source

Pre-owned and certified used cars

Used car dealer website design that earns trust on a second-hand sale

Every used car is a single item with a story, and buyers know it. Used car dealer website design should tell that story honestly: number of owners, registration state and year, service record, accident history if any, insurance status and an inspection checklist with photos of scratches and dents.

We also handle what makes used stock different to manage: frequent price changes, cars arriving from trade-ins every day, and stock that sells in days rather than weeks. Token reservations, a 'recently sold' marker and alerts for buyers waiting on a model all help. Warranty terms appear exactly as your programme defines them, and RC transfer steps are explained plainly.

Dealer groups and trade buyers

Dealer portal development for groups, sub-dealers and fleet buyers

Larger dealers often need a second, private site behind the public one. Dealer portal development gives sub-dealers, brokers and corporate fleet buyers a login where they see trade stock, trade prices, reservation status and documents, without any of it showing on the retail site.

We scope portals carefully, because they touch your DMS and your pricing. Roles decide who sees what, price changes are logged, and the portal reads the same stock source as the public site. Anything the manufacturer controls, such as allocation, stays in the OEM's own tools.

Why Raqbash

Why dealers choose Raqbash for car dealer website development

The best car dealership website design is the one where stock is right every morning and leads get answered. That is what we build for.

4.9 rated in Ahmedabad on Google Reviews
  • Feed first, pages second

We look at how your DMS exports stock before we design a single listing, so the pages fit the data you really have.
  • Filters buyers actually use

Budget, monthly payment, body type, fuel and transmission come first; rare filters sit behind 'more'.
  • OEM rules respected

For authorised showrooms we follow the manufacturer's brand guidelines and show only authorisations you hold.
  • Honest finance wording

EMI figures are always labelled indicative. We never write 'guaranteed approval' or quote a rate your lender hasn't confirmed.
  • CRM-ready leads

Leads arrive with the vehicle, branch, source and campaign, so your team and your reports know where each sale started.
  • Fast on big galleries

Thirty photos per car still load quickly on mid-range phones, thanks to responsive images and lazy loading.

Sectors

Dealerships we design websites for

Every dealer sells cars, but the stock and the buyer differ. These are the six kinds of dealership we build for most.

  • Authorised new-car showrooms

Model ranges within OEM guidelines, on-road price requests, test drives and exchange offers.
  • Pre-owned & certified used dealers

Fast-moving stock, inspection reports, warranty terms and token reservations online.
  • Multi-brand outlets

Mixed new and used stock across makes, with search that starts from budget rather than brand.
  • Luxury & premium dealers

Large galleries, full histories, private viewing requests and a quieter, more discreet design.
  • Two-wheeler & EV dealers

Model and variant pages, range and charging notes, test ride booking and subsidy explainers linked to official sources.
  • Dealer groups

Several showrooms and brands on one site, a shared stock search and a trade portal behind a login.

How we work

Our car dealer website design process

Six steps from first call to launch. Step four runs your real stock feed and every lead path before buyers see the site.

  1. Step 01

    Discover

We learn your brands, stock volume, DMS and export options, finance partners and how leads are handled today.

  2. Step 02

    Design

We prototype search, the vehicle detail page and the lead forms on a phone first, then design the rest of the site.

  3. Step 03

    Build

We build the site and CMS, write the stock feed, and connect booking, EMI, trade-in and CRM routing.

  4. Step 04

    Feed & lead test

We sync live stock, change prices, mark cars sold and send every type of lead to check each one reaches the right person.

  5. Step 05

    Launch

We go live, redirect old listing URLs, link each showroom's Google Business Profile and submit the sitemap.

  6. Step 06

    Support

We monitor the feed daily, add offers and branches, patch and back up the site, and report on leads by source each month.

FAQ

Car dealer website design FAQs

Questions dealers and dealer groups ask us about cost, stock feeds, finance tools, OEM rules and search.

How much does car dealer website design cost?

A dealer showcase site starts from about ₹40,000. A site fed from your DMS with search, detail pages, EMI and trade-in tools costs more, and a dealer group with a trade portal more again. Your stock export, showroom count and any CRM or portal work set the price, which we fix in writing before starting.

How long does a dealership website take to build?

A showcase site usually takes four to six weeks. An inventory-fed site takes eight to twelve, and a dealer group with a portal twelve to twenty. The DMS feed is the usual unknown, so we test a sample export in the first week and plan around what it contains.

Do you do both car dealer website design and car dealer website development?

Yes. One team does both. Designers plan search, the vehicle detail page and the lead forms; developers build the stock feed, EMI and trade-in tools and connect your CRM. You have one quote and one contact, and the listing you sign off in design is the one your feed fills on launch day.

Which dealer management systems can the site pull stock from?

Any DMS that offers an API or a scheduled export, such as an XML or CSV file, can feed the site. Access sometimes needs a request to the vendor. If yours can't export, we give your team a simple admin panel or a shared sheet instead. We confirm the route in discovery.

Is the EMI calculator a loan offer?

No. It gives an indicative monthly figure from the down payment, tenure and an example rate you choose, and the page says so. The lender decides the actual rate, the amount and whether the loan is approved. It helps a buyer judge affordability and send a finance enquiry.

Should a dealer website run on WordPress or a custom build?

A showroom with a small, hand-entered range works well on WordPress. Once stock comes from a DMS, changes daily or runs into hundreds of cars, a Next.js build with a headless CMS is faster and more reliable.

Will our individual cars show up in Google search?

They can. Each car gets a page with a descriptive title, a clean URL and structured data, and sold cars are retired so they don't leave broken links. Showroom pages and Google Business Profile links help with local searches. Competition, reviews and how fresh your stock is also matter, so we won't promise a ranking.
